• Lavish Soiree must be booked at least four weeks in advance. 

• Includes a (1) 6' fold-up table. 

• All items are rentals except balloons and custom name sign.

• All items must be from our inventory. We do not offer custom orders for Lavish Soiree.

• Rentals are for 24 hours only.

• Serverware must be clean before pick-up or there will be an extra charge for cleaning.

• Please allow 3 hours for set-up and 2 hours for tear down.

• We dispose of all balloons.

• Step 1: you can rent as many items as long as it does not go over the max value. If your rental is less than the max value you cannot apply the remaining balance to rent other items.

• Steps 2-4: you can rent as many items as long as it does not go over the max value. If your rentals are less than the max value you cannot apply the remaining balance towards the rental of other items. 

• Step 5: pick up to three latex balloon standard colors for your balloon garland, pick one standard color for 16" balloons, 5 Orbz are included - pick one color. For color charts, please scroll to the bottom of the page or visit our balloon garland page.

• Step 6: Please select one of the materials below for your custom sign or let us know if you would like a custom sign printed on foamboard.

  • Wood: Size can be up to 30" wide. Please select the color from the chart below. ​

  • Acrylic: Size can be up to 20" wide. Please select the color from the chart below. 

• Furniture is included in this package.

• Delivery and Pick-Up must be within 30 miles from Linden St, Hayward, CA 94541. After 30 miles the customer will be charged $2.50 per mile and toll if necessary. 

• Please email us before booking your party at lavieposh@gmail.com, with the Subject line: Lavish Soiree and the date of your event.

  • In the email please note:

    • The time your event starts and ends

    • Location

    • List the items you would like to rent (we cannot guarantee all items will be available)

    • Balloon Garland colors

    • The name or words you choose for the custom wood sign.

    • Font and color for your custom wood sign or foamboard.

       

       

• Ready to party? Before making payment, please read the Frequent Asked Questions. The Contract, Terms and Conditions, Payment and Credit Card Authorization Form (for incidentals), will be sent to your email via Docusign, once they are signed and completed we are ready to party. 

• Once we receive all signed forms, and the date and order are confirmed we can send an invoice via PayPal

• Please be advised that we will not book your event if we do not receive all forms even if a payment has been made online. We will return your payment. There is a $10 fee for all returned payments. 

• Lavish Soiree can be paid in two payments. A 50% deposit to book and the remaining balance 3 weeks prior to the event. 

• Once the party is booked all sales are final.
