Package Info

Le Fete must be booked at least four weeks in advance.

Le Fete includes a (1) 6' fold-up table.

All items must be from our inventory. We do not offer custom orders for Le Fete package.

All items are rentals except balloons and custom name sign.

Rentals are for 24 hours only.

Serverware must be clean before pick-up or there will be an extra charge for cleaning.

Please allow 3 hours for set-up and 2 hours for tear down.

Customer is responsible for disposing of all balloons.

Step 1: you can rent only (1) one item at the max value or less. If your rental is less than the max value you cannot apply the remaining balance to rent other items.

Steps 2-4: you can rent as many items as long as it does not go over the max value. If your rentals are less than the max value you cannot apply the remaining balance towards the rental of other items.

More props can be added to the set-up for an additional cost.

Furniture is not included in the Le Fete package.

Delivery and Pick-Up must be within 15 miles from Linden St, Hayward, CA 94541. After 15 miles the customer will be charged $2.50 per mile and toll if necessary.

Ready to party? Before making payment, please read the Frequent Asked Questions. The Contract, Terms and Conditions, Payment and Credit Card Authorization Form (for incidentals), will be sent to your email via Docusign, once they are signed and completed we are ready to party.

Once we receive all signed forms, and the date and order are confirmed we can send an invoice via PayPal.

Please be advised that we will not book your event if we do not receive all forms even if a payment has been made online. We will return your payment. There is a $10 fee for all returned payments.

Le fete package must be paid in full.

Once the party is booked all sales are final.

• Laser cut, wood names made from Birch plywood.
• Choice of 8 beautiful fonts.
• Choice of one of our 19 colors.
• For this package, the maximum width of the sign is 30" If you would like to upgrade to a 36" width sign there is a $25 charge.
• Multiple words will be joined to be a single piece. For example "John & Mary" will be cut as "John&Mary" so all characters touch. If you would like them as separate pieces please request in the order notes.
• Dots will be connected to lowercase "i"s and "j"s unless otherwise requested.
• Please note that we will produce all orders automatically with the first letter as uppercase (depending on the type of font) and all other letters as lowercase unless instructions are given to do differently.
• Height varies depending on the number of letters in the word.
